  • Beginners reformer pilates

    In this class you’ll be introduced to the equipment, techniques and some of the basic Pilates moves. The focus is on understanding how the core muscles work, learning to activate them correctly, and beginning to improve your general strength, flexibility and posture.Whilst these are introductory classes, and less intense than some of our other classes, we’ll still make sure you challenge your muscles and get those all-important endorphins flowing

    Build strength and stability, improve flexibility, and develop core control with resistance in Reformer Pilates. Experience a creative full-body, dynamic class using Reformer beds to progress your Pilates practice. Our trainers use both classical and contemporary approaches to create physically challenging classes open to all levels. Expect to leave class feeling energised and balanced

For Mixed Ability Reformer classes Monthly Reformer Members will have priority booking and will be able to book classes 4 weeks in advance.

Those on class packs and drop ins will be able to book classes 14 days before the date of the class - if you are unable to access booking a class please make sure it is not more than 14 days away.

Our Reformer Studio operates a STRICT cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 12 hours of the start time you will lose your credit.
