Located off the east coast of Essex, this is a place of magic and stillness.
Secluded and serene, the island is the perfect place to let go of your stresses and reconnect.
This weekend retreat will be the perfect escape. One of the beauties of it is it located just an hour away, but you feel like you are in a different realm!
I can’t wait to share the beauty of this island, the amazing birds and wildlife, private steps from the property to the beach, practising a dynamic vinyasa in the morning and a nourishing yin with sound bath in the evenings, yummy food and sitting in front of the fire - dreamy!

Optional Activities:
Beach walks, holistic treatments, boating, water sports, Shack cinema with pool table and table football. Well stocked sports equipment shed including rounders, croquet, swing ball, golf clubs, cricket set, footballs and volley balls.
How to get there:
While Osea Island feels like a world away, it is conveniently located just a short distance from East London near the town of Maldon. Access to the island is via an ancient causeway, built by the Romans. At every low tide, for a period of 4 hours, cars can be driven across. At high tide, there’s a river taxi service from the mainland, the boat journey taking about 10 minutes. On the island, each location is a short stroll away, and there are bicycles for taking leisurely rides around the tracks and paths.
As it is accessed by a tidal causeway, I will advise you the low tide periods. Please be aware, for crossing, use the Osea Island leisure park (CM9 4SA) for sat-nav.
Depart Liverpool Street station to Witham Station less than 50 minutes journey from the city. A taxi can take you onward to Osea. This must be pre-booked. Please email enquiries@oseaisland.co.uk (Monday to Friday office hours) to assist you with this.

Over four transformative nights, you’ll experience a peaceful escape, inviting you to get stronger in the body, mind and soul, while taking time breathe deeply, let go and reflect on what truly matters. In a world that constantly demands your attention, you’re encouraged to pull back, place your hand on your heart, and return to your essence.
Nestled in the picturesque countryside of Calvìa, just a short 20-minute drive from Palma and 10 minutes from Santa Ponsa, this charming finca will be all ours to enjoy, our home away from home, for 5 days of yoga twice daily yoga with additional workshops, nutritious food and lots of time to RE:SET.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the UNESCO heritage Serra de Tramuntana, we invite you to immerse yourself in the tranquility of its large and mystical terraced garden. Discover private nooks to relax and unwind, and take a refreshing dip in the inviting pool—all surrounded by 70,000 m2 of predominantly forested land you will be able to disconnect from the stresses of London life. Among the treasures within, you'll find Mallorca's oldest pine tree, believed to be blessed by a monk from India, and an archaeological site with caves nestled into the mountain wall.
In between the yoga sessions, there will be plenty of time to relax on the sun-filled terrace by the pool, or venture out to the stunning local beaches - 15 mintue drive away. Due to the proximity of Palma, we would highly recommend a day or two in this cute city before arriving if that calls you to you!
RETREAT HIGHLIGHTS
VINYASA PRACTISE:
90 minute morning practise - this extended session will include breathwork and asana.
DEEP DIVE:
Afternoon yoga labs will explore specific aspects of the practise, including inversions, arm balances, and backbends, allowing for deeper understanding and growth.
SANCTUARY OF REST:
Evenings will feature slow, restorative practices such as yin yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and yoga nidra, helping you fully unwind and rejuvenate.
COMMUNITY
Whether you come alone or with a friend, expect to form deep connections creating lasting memories together.
BEACH DAY
Join us for a fun day at one of the beautiful local beaches. Picture soft golden sands stretching along the turquoise Mediterranean Sea, where gentle waves lap at the shore - pure bliss
